JourneyHoper's Agreement:

Users or visitors must agree to JourneyHoper's terms and conditions if they want to browse, access, or book any service with us. AKVM Solutions and JourneyHoper have the right to take legal action if any of these terms and conditions are violated.

We aim to provide the best services to our users and by making any reservation with us, you accept JourneyHoper as a third-party aggregator. However, we are not responsible for any changes and actions taken by the airline or other suppliers including cancellation of flights, rescheduling, and other issues that may arise regarding the flights and other bookings.

As a passenger, you use the services provided by the airline. JourneyHoper will not be held liable for any changes initiated by the airline or other service providers.

Prices on JourneyHoper

The prices you see on our website are very budget-friendly. Our website generally includes taxes, accommodation charges, and, in some cases, if the meal(lunch/dinner/breakfast) is included. We provide the best price range to our customers, that is why we don't charge any additional or personal charges.

Payment Mode:

We have a variety of payment options for booking our services. We understand that when it comes to booking services with any platform hesitation is expected, as we are afraid that our personal and card information may get revealed to the outside world and people can easily misuse it. Our payment methods are secure and safe to use, so our users and visitors can safely make payment transactions. We ensure that our customers' personal data and information will not be leaked at any cost.

Communication Policy:

When you are done with your booking, you will receive an email from JourneyHoper for the status of your transactions via email. The mail address provided by the customer should be correct, as we would not be responsible if the customer does not receive the email.

JourneyHoper sends an SMS to the customer regarding the booking made by the customer just to alert the customer. It is not compulsory to send SMS alerts to the customer. However, if the customer does not receive an SMS alert, JourneyHoper is not responsible for that.

We are not responsible for providing information regarding flight changes, cancellations, rescheduling, or the status of the airline and hotels. Customers or users should check with the hotel and airlines directly.

Regarding Bookings done with JourneyHoper:

  • The total prices which are shown on the website include all the government taxes.
  • If there is an increase in the price displayed in the Air Ticket due to the server error miscalculation or the issue regarding the payment from the bank, the JourneyHoper has the full right to cancel the ticket on the basis of our cancellation policy terms.
  • While booking, as a user, you are supposed to pay the total price to confirm your booking.
  • There are separate fares for the infant and child. To get the infant ticket fare, the infant should be below 2 yrs and should have a valid document confirming the age. While checking this, make sure that the infant is with an adult. One infant can be booked under one adult only and the adult should be 18 or above.
  • An infant should be below 24 months of age to get the infant fare. If the infant is above 24 months, then you need to book a children's ticket. However, the child should remain 24 months of age for the whole trip if you are booking a roundabout trip.
  • The child must be around 2-12 years old to get the child fare ticket; make sure to have a valid document of proof of age, and the child should be accompanied by an adult 18 years or above.
  • If there are any cancellations, delays, or rescheduling of flights from the airlines directly, JourneyHoper is not responsible.
  • Customers need to inform JourneyHoper of the refund in case the cancellation happens directly from the airline website or office. Make sure to let Journeyhoper know; do not alert the airline regarding refunds.

Copyright:

The products, content, and services listed on the website JourneyHoper rightfully belong to the company itself. It will be considered stealing if there is any unauthorized use of the services and content that are on the website. If a person is found misusing the services and products provided by the website, then Journeyhoper will take legal action against that person or organization. We give our users and visitors limited space to explore the site and use it for bookings and transactions. So, we advise our users to avoid misusing the content found on our website for their personal and commercial profit gains.   • You need to make sure that you are carrying a visa for the transiting country, too, if required. A transit visa is to be obtained by the user as per their travel itinerary and also depends upon the country they are visiting or transiting through.
  • Any international booking made with Jiurneyhoper is prone to the visa requirement but that is not limited to transit visa.
  • Make sure you have obtained the Visa before travelling because JourneyHoper is not responsible for any visa-related issues and is also not accountable for refunding the payment to the customer for being unable to fly due to the visa denial.

Some products and services which are displayed on our website are not available in your location or country for booking. JourneyHoper is not responsible if some products and services are not available or sold out in your area, as products are also subject to availability. Every product and service is controlled by the rules and regulations of the service provider, so make sure to check their rules and regulations before booking with us so you don't blame us for the unavailability.

General Terms and Conditions:

So, we advise our customers to directly reach out to us in case of any query and information to avoid confusion and mishappenings.

We would like you to know that we are not responsible for any alternation and, delay or rescheduling of your trip due to certain unavoidable circumstances.

The hoilday packages provided by us are valid. However, we are not responsible for any injury or damage during the holiday vacation you are enjoying through our packages. Do not aask for any claims or refund, as you are yourself responsible for this matter.

If there is any human error that has gone unnoticed by our team and clients, we are also not responsible for that.

Airline unaccompanied and Pregnancy Rules:

The majority of the airlines do not allow children aged 12 or below to travel without an adult. The children must be seated next to the adult. The adult must be 18 or above. The accompanying adult is responsible for the children's well-being while travelling. The adult should make sure that the children are seated next to him while booking a flight. Make sure to carry all the necessary documents regarding the health of the child, too. It's always better to be safe.

Airlines advise all pregnant ladies to consult their doctors before flying to other places. Make sure that you are in good health before flying. We also suggest you read the rules and guidelines for the pregnant ladies of the particular airline you are flying with as different airlines have different rules. But we will let you know some important points you need to know before flying with any airline while you are pregnant:

  • Avoid taking a trip or flight if your pregnancy is complicated.
  • You need to carry a medical document from your concerned doctor not more than of 7 days before your departure to show that you are fit to travel.
  • Please take your due date into consideration if you are going on a long trip.
  • In case you have 2 layover stops or long-haul flights, please keep your health as a priority and make sure that your body can handle the hectic flight schedule.
